Triacylglycerol fractions of total lipids from sapota (Acharas sapota), passion (Passiflora edulis), plum (Prunus domestica), cherry (Prunus cerasus), tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum), and chili (Capsicum annum) seeds, the 2-monoglycerides obtained from them by pancreatic lipase hydrolysis, and the fractions of triacyl glycerols sepd. based on unsatn. were all analyzed for fatty acid compn.
