Composizione della frazione sterolica degli oli vegetali ad uso alimentare

Abstract

A gaschromatographic analysis has been made of the sterol content of the following oils commonly used in commercial seed oils: peanut, rape seed, cabbage, rice germ, grain germ, sunflower seed, sesame, soy bean and grape seed oil. The percentage of the individual sterols found by us agree well with those in the literature on this subject.
