3种浆果种子氨基酸和脂肪酸研究 GC-MS . Research on Amino Acids and Fatty Acids of Three Berries Seeds

Abstract

Contents and compositions of amino acids and fatty acids of three kinds of berries seeds were studied in this paper.The research indicated that Kadsura coccinea seed,grape seed and pomegranate seed contained 16 amino acids including 7 essential amino acids.In addition,there were 14 kinds of fatty acid in these berries seeds,the unsaturated fatty acids content in proportion of total fatty acids of Kadsura coccinea seed,grape seed and pomegranate seed were 80.21% 、83.17% and 70.27%,respectively.Therefore,these three kinds of berries seeds could be used as excellent plant protein and edible oil resource.
